We have two main modes of delivery

of our Training and Educational Courses and Programmes. Fistly open and in-company tutor led delivery. Secondly through our Virtual Learning Environment “Knowledge Classroom”.

Our courses include basic, intermediate and advanced, in business studies. We are directed toward, health and care, food drink leisure and tourism, government and local government, manufacturing and the oil gas and energy sectors. Our focus is on initiating and managing projects both small and large.

Our in-company training can be customized to the requirements of each customer through our exclusive Pre-Training and Consultancy Assessment process, so that we can deliver training or consultancy that meets the customer’s needs both in terms of content and scheduling.

All participants in our courses receive a user manual, copies of the overheads, and a set of useful forms questionnaires and checklists.

Where the customer approves, we also provide a CD with all course materials and up to date reading material and books.

We are capable of delivering our courses or consultancy projects in any location in the world, although all courses and project consultancy are delivered in English.

Some of our clients offer our courses as public training, open to their customers, while others offer them in-house to their own staff. We are pleased to handle both types of requirement. Also, we are pleased to enter into partnership agreements with consulting and training companies allowing them to offer our courses under their own name.

Our Knowledge Classroom is run on the Moodle Platform a system globally recognised as a first class virtual learning environment, where we are developing some of the latest technologies in virtual learning.

International Open Training Courses

Additionally we are able to offer technical courses in some sectors.

Human Capital or Resource?

Today, Human Resource has an impact on virtually all organisational activities, from process design to final production. However there has been a significant change in the last few years with the onset of Human Capital
Management.

HCM (human capital management) specialists need to know the difference between the book value (somewhat similar to the earnings per share, but it relates the stockholders equity to the number of shares outstanding, giving the shares a raw value) and market capitalisation of their organisation (the market value of a quoted company which is calculated by multiplying its current share price by the number of shares in issue).

Our Approach

Jasper International takes a slightly different approach to performance based skills development using competency modelling techniques.
For those organisations that are facing road blocks with a current competency initiative or looking for an accelerated implementation of a new competency program, or maybe you are trying to strategically align competency initiatives with business strategy, or perhaps linking competency systems directly to work~outputs, customer requirements and performance goals. Maybe you are not a large organization and need a system with is simple and effective.

Accreditation

Jasper International are an approved Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Assessment Centre for the International Management Qualifications (IMQ’s) Suite.

We offer the ILM Introductory Certificate in Management which is popular and delivered over a 5 day period. This also forms Part 1 of the Full Certificate in Management (FCM) which can be completed flexibly at a later date. The FCM runs over a 12-14 month period.

In addition to these we offer 2 more qualifications; The Award in Workplace Coaching for Team Leaders and First Line Managers, and the next level which is the ILM Certificate for Professional Workplace Coaches.

Life coaching draws inspiration from disciplines including sociology, psychology, positive adult development, career counselling, mentoring and other types of counselling.

Hello, my name is Marshall Potts and I am a coach. I have been involved in personal coaching in one form or another for many years spending my time in both the private and public sectors, specifically in many areas relating to Human Capital Development.

Marshall has an extensive range of practical experiences and skills around personal and organisational development.

Trained in psychology, and a member of the British Psychological Society, he is a Qualified Administrator and Interpreter of Psychometric Personality and Ability, including – Type – Trait – Brain Dominance – Motivation and State Assessment Instruments. He has a special interest in “Cognitive Psychology” in the context of the organization, specifically those of Dominance, Thinking, Mind Set and the Higher Order Thinking Skills (Conceptual and Analytical), and is able to apply these skills to improve personal and organizational effectiveness.
