| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard and other reputable cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling Currently all of our deliveries are by electronic download. If you have purchased access to a web based software system then this will take us 3 days to set up for you and to make live. All other software not web based is by downloadable delivery unless you ask for a cd version in which case me will make a charge for this and cost of delivery. |

About 3D Secure: 3-D Secure is used as an added layer of security for online credit and debit card transactions. The 3-D Secure protocol was developed by Visa to improve the security of Internet payments and offered to customers as the Verified by Visa service. Services based on the protocol have also been adopted by MasterCard, under the name MasterCard SecureCode, and by JCB International as J/Secure. 3-D Secure allows better authentication of the payment card holder by their card issuer when they are making purchases online from our web site. 3-D Secure should not be confused with a Card Security Code which is a short numeric code that is printed on the card. 3D Secure stands for Three Domain Secure - the payment industry's internet authentication standard which has been developed by the major card schemes. Visa has called their version of the scheme 'Verified by Visa' and MasterCard have called their equivalent initiative 'MasterCard SecureCode'. These are both collectively referred to as 3D Secure. 3D Secure authentication requires the cardholder to register their card to take advantage of this service. This is a one time process which takes place on the card issuer's website and involves the cardholder answering several security questions to which only the card issuer and cardholder will know the answer. The cardholder selects a password and agrees on a secret phrase, which will be used by the card issuer during each online transaction. 3D Secure can be thought of as an online version of 'Chip and Pin' technology, whereby the cardholder has a personalised password registered with their card that is entered during the checkout process. 3D Secure was predicted to become the industry standard by the end of 2007 and all online consumers will soon become as familiar with this, as when they enter their 'Pin' number at a cash machine or till in a shop. Simply log on to Verified by VisaTM or MasterCard® SecureCodeTM, register your secret password, create your personal message and you're done.
